Found the answer, install the Toggle The Title plugin that will allow to remove page titles per page with just a radio button on the page settings. Works beautifully.

i fixed it. Please update to 0.9

WordPress works the standard menus from other than custom menus. On these hooks I am now registered as the plugin now works for both menu types.
