Issues encountered, but finally refunded

I had posted here a negative review, since the plugin did not work as advertised (shorter excerpts than promised, most images not showing), and support had not answered my requests. Moreover, after one month, I had not received the refund I had politely asked for twice.
After that review was posted, however, support took contact with me and promptly refunded. They also assured me that the problems I had encountered had been solved in the meantime, and that they strive “to make our customers happy and satisfied”.
As I had promised, I update this review now. I acknowledge that support acted honestly, even if it took a month and a negative review to make them take action.
My advice to customers is: before buying the premium version, test the free version in depth. And go for the premium version only if the free version really works for you. My mistake had been to think that problems I had encountered with the free version would be solved if going for the premium one. (And of course, since my bad experiences with the plugin happened a month ago, I have no idea if the current version has solved the issues I had faced.)
My advice to developer is: in the future, answer support / refund requests, thus avoiding unpleasant reviews.
Anyway, for me, the issue is now solved.
