• The newest version have bugs that display blank pages in many places. Not only for me, but for other users as well, but it seems like the dev does not care… have not responded to tickets…

  • I had a copy from another demo page with the previous version of the WHMCS bridge. I installed and now it works again.
    You can also restore from a backup of the plugin folder before you did the update. Just do a ZIP of the WHMCS bridge folder and install again.

    I did not have previous install. I just installed the newest version and it does not work. Not to mention that this is NOT an option to solve problems. The newest version should JUST WORK!

    If you post your email I will send the zip file.
    Support for this plugin is very slow and no response from any of the responsibles :/

    What is your ticket ID that you did not get a response to?

    What is the bug and where can I see it? If you post these details in your tickets I can help fix it.

    We are not big enough to have 24/7/365 support so, as stated in our ticket replies, your tickets are dealt with during office hours based on first-come first-serve and priority to those who have paid, of course.

    Send your support request again as I do not see any unanswered/unresolved tickets in the ticket queue.
