Does not work on the website

  • The plugin works, but it only seems to click out of the website. I would like the chat window to work as well

    Hello, our plugin always launches the user to the official WhatsApp application so that he can communicate with you through an application that he knows and uses regularly. If you want to use WhatsApp Business as a live chat, you can check other options. In this article we recommend some of the ones we use. Greetings and thank you.

    You need to define a Call To Action message to show chat window before launch WhatsApp.
