Does not work on post pages

Hi,
unfortunately this great plugin for me is is only working on every other page except a single post ??
Seems all JS and CSS are there.
Can you give me a hint on what is wrong? No JS errors in Firebug console.
Using BWP Minify and WP Super Cache.
