Does Not Work On Mobile, No Support

  • Installed plugin just fine. Selected badge with slider. Works ok on desktop but does not display correctly only mobile. Only the badge shows up, no slider with reviews. Tried multiple devices using Google Dev. Also personal phone. Also plugin uses cookie which slows down website loading. Contacted support and they never responded. Cannot recommend.

    Hello Jack,
    That type of layout will no show reviews if there is no place for them…
    Please:
    A) select another type of widget
    or
    B) put another below the first one ( and hide it in desktop views ). In this way you will see badge and reviews, too in mobile view.

    We have answered your e-mail what you sent this Friday. We have no support on the weekends, but on weekdays we do and we answering in 2 workdays for free users as well.

    We have no phone support. Sorry about that.
