does not work on install

  • I have the current version of WP 3.5
    Did the install without any other plugins turned on and immediately got the following errors

    when accessing the group:

    ALERT: JavaScript Error: “TypeError: this.element.propAttr is not a function”. Please read FAQ for more information.

    when accessing the manager page:
    Error: cannot call methods on dialog prior to initialization; attempted to call method ‘destroy
