Can you share a URL where you are experiencing the problem. The link you have shared is for the homepage. The plugin works on posts/pages. I have tried some pages and they work fine.

https://foundation1910-grahamjohnclementsgmailcom.codeanyapp.com/donate/ is an example. On safari, firefox and edge after you click on print, the printer friendly page that is generated will come up with the heading of that page, but the content is the content from the governance page, this happens on every page you click print on, the correct heading is shown, but the only content show is that of the governance page lightboxes.

Ok. The content that you are seeing actually exists on the page. See screenshot – https://tppr.me/SQAwk – but it is hidden. Since you are using the free version, when our server fetches the page, it can’t distinguish between hidden and non-hidden content and shows you what is available on the page.

    You can try

    1. Setting the “Select content using” option to WP-Template (Since pages are cached at our server, it is best if you try it on a new page or wait an hour for the cache to expire)

    2. Using our pro version which works in the browser and hence can distinguish between hidden and non-hidden content. A free trial is available via the plugin settings page.

I might just be tired, but I can’t figure out where to do this

    1. Setting the “Select content using” option to WP-Template (Since pages are cached at our server, it is best if you try it on a new page or wait an hour for the cache to expire)

That option is available in the plugin settings

I did a test, I deactivated all the plugins. That option of wp-template appeared in a drop box when I deactivated all the other plugins. The plugin operated okay on firefox too, printing what was on the page. That was until I reactivated woocommerce, and wp-template disappeared along with that drop down menu, and was replaced by “Not available for woocommerce”. and then the wrong content started appearing on pages. I originally took the message – not available for woocommerce – as meaning that I would not be able to use printerFriendly to print woocommerce pages. So as my site will be using woocommerce, it looks like I can’t use your plugin.

Ok. We need to reword that message :). It means that the option isn’t available when using woocommerce.

When using woocommerce, we are unable to detect the content precisely using built in WordPress functions, so we fallback to our heuristics based algorithm.

We will look into supporting woocommerce better.

I am unable to view your site now. You can try using our pro version.
