    I’m running development in Local v. 6.4.2+6012. I have separate Elementor and Blocksy environments, and both fail to load at the start (black screen when I choose “Create Slider”). I am getting a brief flash of an error message pointing to “undefined Slider templates”. Even updating to v. 1.1.9 doesn’t solve the problem.

    In my production environment (PHP 7.4, WordPress 6.01, MySQL 10.5), it loads so that the templates can be seen, but I’m getting the following (repeating) error:

    load-scripts.php?c=1&load%5Bchunk_0%5D=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,farbtastic,moxiejs,plupload&ver=6.0.1:5 JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 3.3.2

    /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ()

    It seems that cURL is getting an error due to an SSL certificate issue.

    I just updated to the current version in my local environment. It does allow me to click on the “Create Slider” button, but I receive the following error message:

    #RequestException:60
    SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate

    {"errno":60,"error":"SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate","appconnect_time":0,"url":"https://pre.wp-api.depicter.com/v1/curated/document/templates/categories?category=custom","content_type":null,"http_code":0,"header_size":0,"request_size":0,"filetime":-1,"ssl_verify_result":20,"redirect_count":0,"total_time":0.188414,"namelookup_time":0.030688,"connect_time":0.114416,"pretransfer_time":0,"size_upload":0,"size_download":0,"speed_download":0,"speed_upload":0,"download_content_length":-1,"upload_content_length":-1,"starttransfer_time":0,"redirect_time":0,"redirect_url":"","primary_ip":"5.161.142.33","certinfo":[],"primary_port":443,"local_ip":"192.168.86.33","local_port":56348,"http_version":0,"protocol":2,"ssl_verifyresult":0,"scheme":"HTTPS","appconnect_time_us":0,"connect_time_us":114416,"namelookup_time_us":30688,"pretransfer_time_us":0,"redirect_time_us":0,"starttransfer_time_us":0,"total_time_us":188414,"curl_version":"7.67.0"}

    It then returns me to the dashboard, with a link for “Create Blank Slider”, and another link that reads “Unable to load Depicter templates list. Your website does not have access to Depicter’s assets server. Please ask your hosting provider to whitelist ‘api.depicter.com’.

    a swing and miss again

    I just loaded v. 1.3.1 into my development environment, and it looks like all of the challenges outlined above have been solved. No problem in the installation and bringing up the templates. The templates load and can be modified, and the resulting product (in my case, post sliders) work as expected. I know this has been a tough go, but I appreciate your work in getting this working. I’m going to have fun with this!
