Does not work most of the time…

Mine has been down for 4 weeks now – I am giving up and looking for a new solution. Support is non-existent. It was the upgrade to Pro and the last tool upgrade. I would avoid it if I were you. Sounds like a lot of people are swamped with problems. I have to find a solution that can host the 1000+ files we have and not break every 30 seconds. I just do not have the time to manage this tool all the time.
