Does not work in MU setup

    Iframe plugin should work in MU sites.
    Try to disable and enable it and insert in post content basic shortcode:

    [iframe src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/A3PDXmYoF5U" width="100%" height="480"]

    Should the plugin show up in the plugins list for the individual users?

    Iframe plugin works like default WordPress plugin on MU.

    If it was activated in network plugins page (https://site.com/wp-admin/network/plugins.php) than it will be invisible on each separate blog of the network in separate plugins section but [iframe] shortcode will work on each blog of this network.
