Does Not Work in LocalWP?

Hello,

I was trying to test this plugin on 2 new instances of WordPress in LocalWP and it was unable to connect. Is this expected? Is there a way to get this to work in LocalWP?

Edit: Sorry, my 2 instances in LocalWP are set up with Apache, PHP 8.1.9, MariaDB 10.4.10.
