Does not work for some links

Hi,
I have several links like this:<a style="font-size: large;" href="https://example.com/" >example.com</a>users put in their articles. These links are not rewritten to contain rel=”nofollow”
A live example is here (the first text link in the article):
https://tiskovky.eu/zacinaji-zapisy-podivejte-se-v-cem-se-skoly-promenily-2/Other links in the same article to the same domain were rewritten correctly. How to make it working, please?
