Does not work for me

  • I am running the latest wp, bp and paid memberships pro version. So far so good, everything works fine, but when i activate the Paid Memberships Pro – BuddyPress Add On then Users without a membership are restricted to the selected options, but they can only access the membership invoice page, not the membership account page or the membership levels page, so they never can upgrade their account. When i try to access them it sends me only to the homepage without any error message.

    There seems to be an error in your sql syntax in your common.php file. I checked the error.log and found this:

    “You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MariaDB server version for the right syntax to use near ‘) AND status = ‘active” at line 1 for query SELECT DISTINCT user_id FROM wp_pmpro_memberships_users WHERE membership_id IN () AND status = ‘active'”

    Are you all still having issues.

    That SQL query has been updated and so may not be causing problems… although I could see how an error would be thrown for non-members, but it should affect things functionally.

    Not being able to access the account or levels page sounds like an issue with the PMPro setup. Does the issue go away when PMPro BuddyPress is deactivated?
