Does not work for me

I have tried multiple times to get this to work and it never imports anything. The plugin reports that it has imported messages, but nothing appears. I spent over 3 hours trying to get this to work, but cannot get anywhere with it. I disabled all plugins and switched out the theme. I don’t know what the problem is, it simply doesn’t work for me and no indication why.
