You should be able to use an eventbrite.co.uk account to set up your key and authenticate, and it should just work the same way. Non-.com domains were an issue at one point, but was supposed to have been solved months ago; what problems are you seeing?

I followed your “user assistance page

When I clicked on the link in step 5, step 6 or even step 9, I am taken to the eventbrite.com instead of the eventbrite.co.uk website.

Even if I switch the URL over to eventbrite.co.uk, it does not work on step 9.

    Any suggestions?

Yes, that’s OK and expected behaviour (getting sent to eventbrite.com), and when asked to log in, you use your eventbrite.co.uk credentials. This should still give you the authorization box shown in step 10, and let you complete the process. Does this work for you?

eventbrite.co.uk credentials don’t seem to work on eventbrite.com.

Hm, interesting, it works for my eventbrite.ca credentials… I’ll report to Eventbrite again and will let you know what they say.

When you say it doesn’t work, can you tell me what happens when you enter your credentials? Do you get an error?

My bad. I was logging into the .com with the incorrect login details.

Sorry about that. I will try again.

    Thank you for your help.

    Ah, OK – any luck?

Okay, got it to work, but how can I place the event on a particular page without using the “Eventbrite Events” template?

Is there a way with your system to short code the events into a page?

IF you just want to add Eventbrite info to content, you may be better off using their embeddable widgets. You don’t get the automation or design integration that this plugin gives you, but if those are less important, then their widgets may work for you.
