Does Not Work. Does Not Refund Money. No Support

  • Envato delivers useless wordpress plugin (ARMember). If you use Paypal to purchase, Envato will claim they delivered and they’ll steal your money. They ignore support questions. Don’t buy anything from this dishonest seller Envato.

    Envato’s Refund Policy for this event:

    Item is “not as described” or the item doesn’t work the way it should.

    If an item doesn’t work the way it should then the author is required to promptly fix the issue by updating the item. An item is “not as described” if it is materially different from the item description or preview. If the issue can’t be fixed or it turns out that the item is “not as described” then you would be entitled to a refund from the author.

    Item support is promised but not provided

    If an author advertises their item as including item support, you have a current support entitlement, and you are not provided that support in accordance with the item support policy the author should provide you with a refund.

    ARMember is a beta test non-functioning plugin at best. Does not operate as advertised. Support requests ignored. Refund request ignored. Recommend you DO NOT PURCHASE. Paypal will not protect your funds. Bad experience from Envato and ARMember plugin. Both are bad news.

    I guess you can sell materially similar non-fuctional plug-ins and rip off customers.

    Hello,

    Its not true that ARMember does not work. Obviously these many people wouldn’t be using it if it has issues like you said. And our support is also prompt. so addressing us like dishonest seller is really not fair to us.

    @zpro It sounds like your issue is with Envato and not the plugin.

    Your review doesn’t touch on what doesn’t work with the plugin, only that you claim it doesn’t. A better review would detail what you tried to do with the plugin, and what did and did not behave as expected.
