• When you ship outside the EU you get an error if you send more the 5 items and they don’t have an intention to fix this soon. Very strange for a parcel software that they can’t fix this. Most shop send more then 5 items

  • @aschwin71 We are sorry to hear that this issue is causing you trouble. This issue is partly caused by the carrier that limits the number of item descriptions to 5.
    It has been on our radar for some time and it was our intention to pick it up soon. We do have a solution in mind and if you are still willing we would like to confirm with you if that would fix the problem. Could you send us an email at [email protected]?     Hiervoor is inmiddels een fix live gezet. In alle versies van onze plugin zou een label geprint moeten kunnen worden als je een order hebt die meer dan 5 verschillende producten bevat.
