After installing and activating the plugin, the button simply does not show up. I have wordpress 5.1.1, woocommerce 3.6.2 and OceanWP 1.6.7 as a theme installed. I use product variations.

    Hi Kaprikorn,

I have installed the newest OceanWP from the Themerepositoy in my test environment, it behaves as desired.
In the overview of my completed orders I can see the button for reorder in the overview of my orders.

do you have other plugins active or have you overwritten the template for this view?

    Hi Kaprikorn,

could you please send us the system status report under: WooCommerce – Status – System status – Get System Status and copy. Please send us the report by email to [email protected]. There we can take a look at your plugins who are activated.

Thanks in advanced – best regards, Ulf

    Hi Eric,

thanks for your system report. We have noticed that you are already using a plugin for reordering (One Click Order Re-Order from GetCommerce). A button (Re-Order) is displayed here for each order status.

Our plugin only shows such a button when the order has been completed (https://snag.gy/W3rLMf.jpg). An additional button “Order Again” will appear. Please deactivate the “One Click Order Re-Order” plugin and leave our plugin activated. If you see the “Order Again” button on a completed order, everything is fine.

If this is not the case, it only helps to deactivate all plugins in a development environment, except WooCommerce + Theme, and to activate one plugin after the other. As soon as the button disappears we know which plugin is responsible. Would that be possible for you?

Thank you very much for your feedback.
    Best regards, Ulf

    Hi Ulf,

I uninstalled the One Click Order Re-Order plugin and reinstalled yours and it does work perfectly when the previous order used to reorder is actually “completed”. As such the problem was not a conflict with another plugin, but the order status itself. I was testing your plugin with an “On Hold” order, hence it was not working.

    Thank you so much anyway!
    Regards
    Eric
