Does not work at all!!!

down loaded this plug-in,, and it does not work at all.. i could not add anything at all.. tried to build a form,, added a name text field and keep pooping up a box, ” add an element”,, which i did. clicking on the edit button to edit the form,, and nothing is clickable at al,, nothing!!! it just don’t work
