• While the plugin supplies an easy way to add Paypal buttons to your website and gives you an easier way to access the Paypal cart – it does not work as advertised.

The PRO version of this software does not pass product weight into the Paypal cart, making shipping by weight useless (and you would argue the only reason to get the PRO version of the Plugin is for that feature).

With no support offered in the out-of-date documentation, I removed the plugin and requested a refund. While the plugin owner was quick to ask why I choose a refund (in less than 3 hours) – I am still waiting for the refund to be issued (48 hours as of typing this)

This plugin does not work as advertised. I don’t recommend this Plugin as an eCommerce solution.

    Hi Nick,

    1. On my PayPal account for the complaint that you opened it says “Nicholas accepted your offer. The refund will be held in your account until Nicholas returns the item and you approve the refund.” I have no other options presented to me. I can’t do anything at all. It’s on your end now. You need to approve the refund on your account.

When I responded to you (in 3 hours) that was when I choose the option in PayPal to “issue you a full refund”. I haven’t had any other options available in the 2 days since.

    2. I am sorry that you had shipping problems. I am not sure what the issue was. You don’t actually need the pro version for shipping. The pro version has it built in, but shipping can always be managed through PayPal even in the free version.

Once again, I am sorry that this plugin didn’t work for you. Due to the misunderstanding regarding the refund please consider changing your rating as that was not my fault. I really do try to provide good plugins and service and reply as fast as I can.

If you have any questions at all, I’m here to help.

    Thanks,
    Scott Paterson

    Update:

    Hi Nick,

I finally called PayPal yesterday and they manually pushed the refund through. I have no idea what happened, but I am sorry for the delay.

You now have your original payment back as well as an additional $18 dollars that I sent you due to it taking a while. I hope you can see that I was not trying to cheat you. If you could please change your review, I would really appropriate it.

    Thanks,
    Scott Paterson
