Does not work any more, and support is null

  • I purchased this plugin some time ago, along with the design version, and have loved it, but the new WordPress update did not work well with it, and now I cannot see forms in the admin. I have contacted support and they will not help. They just said, “yeah we know, send us your order number and we’ll help”. I understand how support works, but this plugin does not work any more. Steer clear.

    I had the same issues with the Pro Version. Joseph was on it right away. Turns out it’s a permissions thing that can easily be solved by installing the Members plugin, in order to add the necessary capabilities to allow administrators to gain access to all the settings. It took me only minutes.
    Sorry to say, it looks like you jumped to conclusions, and gave a bad rating, before really searching for the solution. Sorry, Matt, for posting a link to the support page, just trying to change a bad review.
