    After 3 month the support (for premium plugin) still havent found a soultion to why the plugin does not register wrong source and does not register sales amount.
    The support takes loooong time to answer so if you need a premium plugin dont use monster insights.
    We moved our 5 licenses to other plugin that actually work and answers within 24 hours (not 12 days…)

    I’ve taken a look into what has happened here as well as the events that have occurred around your reason for reaching out to us. We absolutely did not handle things correctly, and I apologize that this has happened.
