Does not work after an upgrade to 3.2.0

I have installed the plugin and at the beginning it has worked as intended. Then came an update and suddenly no more backups were done.
Support answers with delays. Inbetween more than a week (!) has passed and I have an email from already a third person – they have admitted that there is a bug somewhere and they are still working on trying to find it out. Probably the developer guys have more important things to do.Ok, it’s free, but does anybody want to mess with something so unreliable when it comes to backups??
