Does not work

    Installed and the plugin does not work at all. Test email said it was successful (both with and without authentication) and was never received (checked spam etc).

    Seems to do absolutely nothing.

    It would be helpful, if you could identify how you have tested that emails are not sending, which plugins were in use to send emails. Ideally, a step by step guide to replicate the problem (plugins activated, plugins that should send emails but are not, WP Mail SMTP settings – host/port/auth/encryption etc).

    Have you actually received in your inbox test emails? While testing we can only check that there were no error while sending. The plugin can’t know whether it was actually sent, or delivered to your inbox – plugin just doesn’t have access to those low-level systems.

    I would be happy to help, but I need more details.
