• Installed on latest WordPress. Made one simple rule to block /shop/ by setting access ONLY to “customers” role. Despite that, any visitor can access the page. Useful documentation is non-existent.

Next time consider using the support forum if you have questions before you rate a plugin with one star. I think you forgot to assign the content you want to restrict to the user group.

Nope, went to that page, checked the box on the right. It just didn’t work.

If a user has to contact Support to get the most basic functionality of your plugin to work on a brand new WP install, it deserves one star. More so because there is no useful documentation to verify that I didn’t miss some hidden setting. Your troubleshooting is about PHP errors. The first item should be “If it doesn’t work….”

It works for around 40000 users and they understand how it works even without a documentation. (Yes it’s missing you are right) Maybe it’s a bug so a report would be nice that I’m able to fix it or you don’t understand how it works, which is no problem because other users or I could help you. But giving one star because you don’t get it is imho some kind of disrespectful.

Buddy, I’ve developed 500+ websites over 15 years. Used hundreds of plugins. I’m not an amateur. I “get” it.

The author of a different plugin was kind enough to inform me that /shop/ is a tricky page to block due to the way WooCommerce creates it. I had given him a 1 star review too but changed it to 5 because he was helpful even after the review and it did work on other non-/shop/ pages. If that is the case with your plugin, you could say that. But you didn’t. So I assume it is supposed to work with that page.

So if you aren’t an amateur please be a professional and create a bug report here https://github.com/GM-Alex/user-access-manager/issues and give me the chance to fix it. I think you would expect the same respect from your clients. ??

Okay seems you’re not a amateur but also no professional, too sad, but that was what I was expecting. Otherwise you would be interested in make an issue report, but instead you are ranting. Also saying the plugin doesn’t works because it doesn’t works with the WooCommerce shop entry page is some kind of absurd.
