• The plugin was incompatible with one of my plugins. I deactivated all the plugins and re-installed the program and it is now working. I am using the editor on WordPress 4.6 and I am not sure yet which plugin caused the issue.

When I posted in here that the plugin was not working the creators were very interested in helping me solve the issue. Because of that I highly recommend this product.

    Hey nildarosa,

I’m really sorry that things are not working as they should. We have tested the plugin with WordPress 4.6 and everything seems to work as advertised, but I do wish to know more about what might be wrong on your end.

Can you please open a support ticket here and describe the problem and we’ll do our best to work on a solution.

    Thank you and best regards,
    Mihai

@iova.mihai I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news. We deactivated all of the other plugins to verify if there was a conflict but still your plugin does not work. When we add the code, [pms-register] it brings the form to open an account and not the one for registration.

I followed your video step by step and it did not work. I am not the only one telling you this. There is another post from tomn8r who is telling you that he is having trouble with the same code.

@nildarosa Thank you for writing back with more details.

The [pms-register] works only for logged out users. The purpose of it is to offer a way for users to register an account to the website and in the meantime offer a way for them to subscribe to a subscription plan, all in the same form.

So what you should see are the fields needed to create an account ( username, e-mail, first name, last name and password ) and also several radio buttons that represent the subscription plans you’ve setup in the Subscription Plans page of the plugin.

Is this what you are seeing?

    Best regards,
    Mihai

@iova.mihai If you read my first post you will see that I wrote the issue occurs when I am logged out. It does not provide any payment options. It only has the same form as the account form. The person will not be able to pay.

@nildarosa My reply was meant to clarify how the [pms-register] shortcode works.

Have you added any paid subscription plans in the Subscription Plans page of the plugin?

If no, please navigate to your WordPress admin area, then to Paid Member Subscriptions from the menu, then to the Subscription Plans page. Add a couple of paid subscription plans, then refresh the page where you have the register page. The payment options should appear.

Let me know how this works.

@iova.mihai Yes, I added the subscriptions plans and followed your video step by step. Maybe it has a conflict with some of the WordPress Themes. I am using Tempera.

@nildarosa I have just installed Tempera from the WordPress repository and the shortcode still works.

What you are describing should not be happening and it might affect other users, thus can you please open a support ticket on our website ( https://www.cozmoslabs.com/support/open-ticket/ ) so that we can try to find a solution.

@iova.mihai I will install it again and use your help. I appreciate your concern and the great support. Give me some time to put it back.

@iova.mihai I deactivated all the plugins I have and reinstalled your program and it is now working. I do not know which plugin was the culprit. I decided to not re-install some of the plugins. I will go one by one and check if any of the ones I am re-installing gives me any problem and I will let you know if that happens.

@iova.mihai I want you to let you know that I changed the rating to 5 stars. Could you let me know how much is for the pro subscription and could you explain more what is the content dripping? Thanks!

@nildarosa I’m really glad you have managed to make it work.

Regarding the Pro version, please open a support ticket on our website, detailing what you wish to know ( https://www.cozmoslabs.com/support/open-ticket/ ), as it is against WordPress’s conditions to talk about premium features on these forums.

    Thank you and best regards,
