Hi thanks for your reply. I did not know there was a possibility for support. I was hoping this program would be a quick fix.
I cannot really say what is wrong, it simply does not work.

I used Say What as recommmended in your video. In autocomplete afterwards there was a string “Product Categories” but it did not change my homepage. However even though I visited the Acoount page I did not find My Account in autocomplete.
I have spent a lot of time trying.
