@newedentravel – Sorry that you had trouble, did you check out our user guides, or post a support ticket? If not I am not sure that this is either a fair assessment of the plugin, nor does it provide any helpful criticism as to how we can address the issue.
In the future just for reference, when you say does not work, that could mean anything. With Popup Maker that usually means 50% (setup issue) and 50% (3rd party plugin causing JS errors). Though we can make the plugin simpler and are working on that already, we cannot fix bugs in every other plugin or theme that can prevent the popups from working.
In this case we have no information to go on, we don’t know what you tried, what you are experiencing, what you expected etc so we cannot address it for you or future users.

If you have I would still appreciate at least some info on the issue if not a reconsideration of the star rating as we work hard to make it work for every user.
