Lots of other people are using this plugin and haven’t had this problem, so I’d like to help you solve it if you’re willing to give it a try. Can you send me the URL of your site? Where is it only displaying the logo and description? If you are using the [business_directory] shortcode, there are other parameters you can add to that shortcode to make it display more information:

Can you give me more detail about “does not work with Thesis Theme?” I have done my best to make sure this will work with all themes, so I’d like to fix any issues there are with Thesis.
