Does Not Work

I have followed his instructions to the letter but this is not working for me. I copied my keys and associate id from Amazon directly into the form, but nothing. Now, if I am doing something incorrectly I will fix it and change my rating. However, I have been trying to get this thing to work all day and it’s a no go. Maybe it was not created to work with 3.9.1 I am not quite sure. I know Matt Wolfe is an awesome WordPress guy, but this plugin needs some tweaks.
