• The plugin worked for a long time. Despite the Assientent, the configuration was very time-consuming and almost impossible for a layperson without legal background knowledge to master. But since the latest WordPress update, most sites now only run in English, including the legal documents of course, which makes the plugin and my work worthless from one day to the next. The support seems to be somehow absent or overwhelmed. Many users are reporting the same error with the language issue and no update is being released. This is more than annoying for a premium plugin. I am really disappointed.

    We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the recent update of our plugin and WordPress. Unfortunately, this update has led to more issues than we anticipated, and for that, we are deeply sorry. We underestimated the issue, resulting in delays in fixes and updates.

    At the current state, an easy and fast fix would be to roll back to the previous version of WordPress, 6.6.2.

    Please rest assured that we are doing everything we can to resolve these issues as soon as possible.
