Again this response tells me nothing and it is nothing more than trolling the forum if you are not prepared to advise what is wrong with the plugin or suggest improvements.

1 star, 1 liners suggest that you are hijacking the plugin which is a shame because the plugin is offered free of charge with the intention of helping others. If you want to provide anything with benefit to the WordPress forum then give some insight into the problems otherwise, just stop wasting everyone’s time.

I am committed to providing a useful plugin to WordPress and will gladly respond to and constructive advice on any problems that may exist or any suggested improvements.

I request that reviewers / moderators remove any messages and ratings like this one from @mariusenepaq these add no value to the forum and discourage users from finding valid solutions.

I already uninstalled the plugin, and found the solution with snippet but I can briefly comment, that when the code of your plugin was implemented, somehow part of the text is visible and only part of it hides and the arrow is in the bottom of the text not at the top as it should be when the text is collapsed, something like that:

text text text text text text text text text text

text text text text text text text text text text

(only part of the rest text collapsed)

    I hope this helps.

Because here it looks like working perfect: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4n2vPjulBZU

But my experience was as described.

Thank you. Your feedback is much appreciated. This was part of the intended functionality, where the user could choose to display a block of the text and fades this to the ‘read more’ label to encourage the visitor to read further by clicking the ‘read more’. There is a setting in settings>collapse magic>Block Height. If you select 1px from the drop-down, then there will be no text shown and no fade (it will just show or hide the entire block).

I can understand why this is confusing and I therefore changed the default to not fade. The default is now to just hide or show the text. I also reviewed my help documentation to make this added functionality more clear. The new version is now in place. I hope you will reconsider trying the plugin again.

Thank you again for your feedback.
