Could you please confirm if you are filtering only the simple products? The basic version of the plugin supports only simple products. Also, confirm whether you have added multiple filters and if all your products are meeting the conditions set in the first step. Suggesting you open a support thread. You can also reach out to our support team with your test site access so that we can check the issue and resolve it at the earliest.
