    I can’t find where to create the notes. It does not appear to be anywhere in my site

    Hi,

    Please check the second screenshot on the listing page, this displays where you can add the first note.
    This is on the dashboard.

    It works, just check the up right corner of the backend where says ‘Add Note”, but I do think it might not be a good idea to make the Plugin more appearing to user before the first note created.
