Does NOT translate site – Click every word one by one…
-
This is a review for the free version.
First, if you have a one page website with a heading and a paragraph this is easy to use. You click on the heading and translate it. You click on the paragraph and translate it. (however–it does not translate for you! YOU must go translate the string and copy paste it in the plugin… What the fish?)
You CANNOT translate the site, pages, posts, menus, headings, etc. You must do everything one by one.
In the YouTube video it shows the user clicking in an item and the translation magically appears. That does not happen in practice. You click on anything and the dashboard translation panel appears with the fields for the two languages (EN and Espanol in our case). But the Spanish never appears. I guess you go to Google Translate the one thing you clicked on, copy paste it back into the page.
Okay, hundreds of pages and posts, each with titles, excerpts, headings, paragraphs, captions, etc. We should be done in 12 years.
