does not shows search result

  • Hello.

    I use to this plugin but search form does not work…
    I have disabled all plugin and it does not work also…

    when I search, the result is empty, members does not shows… but in the ALL members field, shows members number…

    why does not work search function? and why does not appear members?

    unfortunately, i’ve got the same issue. Yesterday it worked and know you can select something en submit but it says… there aren’t any members found.

    Hi Pablo,

    I tried to answer your emails many times, but I keep getting an error from your mail server.

    The problem with the search is that you can only find what’s normally displayed in the directory.

    E.g. if the user is “Man”, and the directory only shows “Woman” users to him, then when he searches for “Man” users he won’t get any results.

    If you can actually see a user in the directory, but when you search you don’t find him, that would be a plugin error I can fix.

    Please let me know!

    I have two problems please,

    1. when I find select I am Man and I am looking for Woman- search result is MEN. can you help me?

    2. search form searching only United States members. other country members do not find it.
