Does not show synonyms after changing Word Suggestion Mode

  • Hi,

    I just installed your plugin and it seems great. However, I changed the “Word Suggestion Mode” (just playing around with settings because I found the Auto setting a bit annoying). Now the plugin won’t provide any suggestions no matter what I do or how I set the word suggestion mode.

    I searched everywhere for a plugin to provide synonyms, and this looks really promising. Would love to be able to use it.

    PS – I have a page builder installed. It does not seem to work within the page builder content. Would be great if it would, but might be tricky?…

    Thanks for using our plugin!

    There are several settings for Word Suggestion Mode:

    • Fully Auto – Auto opens on pause and mouse click.
    • Shift + Click – Opens on shift key or mouse click.
    • Shift Only – Opens on shift key only.
    • Click Only – Opens on mouse click only.
    • Off – No suggestions.

    If you are having trouble getting one of those modes to work properly, try clearing your cookies, uninstalling the plugin, and then reinstalling it.

    If that still doesn’t work, try temporarily disabling other plugins to see if there are any conflicts with other plugins.

    As for the page builder, can you provide a link to that specific plugin so our team could have a look. Thanks!

    @ss_aussie : I think Joseph and the team at Twinword might be interested to hear exactly WHICH page builder you are using.

    Additionally, after you’ve identified the page builder being used, could you also right click and see if you’ve got any errors showing in Google Chrome? Like this: https://prntscr.com/c6nx6r
