Have you tried switching to Storefront theme to troubleshoot if it is theme specific maybe?

    link to test site
In options sidebar on. It should be to the left side.
I’m sorry, I do not understand about Storefront theme. What does it mean?

Go to your admin menu > Mystile > Theme options > WooCommerce > Layout
Make sure the checkbox is ticket to display the sidebar on shop archives.

I have seen this with the layout types. Maybe try switching to different ones to see which one applies correctly.

if I turned off “Display the sidebar on shop archives” he shows sidebar below archives.

There are 2 options there, show/hide on archive and show/hide or product pages, are those both unticked at moment?

    yep

And Mystile > settings> homepage > sidebar > display a sidebar on the homepage?

Display a sidebar on the homepage off.

Ok and if you turn it on does it display?

    Thread Starter Zim

    (@zimisun)

right now I turn it on.
But I do not know it shows correctly or not. Because I always turn off sidebar on the homepage.
But on archive page something wrong. Sidebar should be left or right of turn of. But right now he below archives (must be turn of). But if I turn on he not show nothing left or right.

Yep i saw that, think maybe best is get in contact with theme developer. You can maybe also review the documentation: https://docs.woothemes.com/document/mystile/

    Thank you
Theme developer this need to write to woothemes? Ticket?

Yep, you can login with your WooThemes account and submit ticket. Think that would be the best approach. Once you managed to resolve it please post solution here, im curious ??

    Ok

    Hi Zimisun,

@minion: The community over there is no longer open for new submissions. Support for free products are pointed to the WP.org forums – which is where we come in. Just thought I’d mention that.

@zimisun: I can see your sidebar showing up fine on regular archived pages (see your sample page as an example). Let me see what I can find, and then post back here.

    Cheers
