I just paid for the If-Menu add-on “More Visibility Rules” plugin to use the “Has active subscription” feature, but it doesn’t seem to work. I created a test user with an active subscription (using WooCommerce Subscriptions). WP, WC, and WCS are all the latest versions as of today.

As a test, I created a new menu item that simple uses “Show” if “Has active subscription” but nothing outputs. The menu item is not showing. However, IF-MENU is working fine with other (free) rules. It just doesn’t work with this paid integration with WCS.

    Please advise.

  • I have the same issue. I recently purchased the premium add-on with the hope to use this feature. Is this issue being worked on? Any estimate on when to see a fix? Since the original issue has been open for 3 weeks, any feedback?

I also haven’t heard from the author since the day I posted this. They said they wanted to get a fix in before the next release, but that was 3 weeks ago.

    I hope they fix it.

I reached out to Layered Support and received a response. Supposedly a fix should be coming shortly, possibly within a few days. They’re going through some final testing, before making it generally available. Hope this helps!

Just installed the fix provided by Layered Support. It works for Subscriptions. Haven’t tested it yet for Memberships, but I’m assuming it should also work. Good luck!!

    Hi Pieter,

Thanks for confirming the update resolved the problem for Subscriptions.
The visibility rule for WooCommerce Memberships should work fine too, as it’s the same logic and we tested it on a few demo websites.

    Cheers

Sorry for the delay in testing this, but it seems to be working for me now also.

    THANK YOU!! ??
