Does not seem to fix the problem

Hi. I followed your instructions by first activating the Background Update Tester (which gave me the results of “Pass” on all items. Then I activated our plugin. I didn’t see any settings area for your pluin though. So, I’ve tried to update WP again, but all I get is the message that the WP version is unpacking, but never goes beyond that.
