Does not seem to be working for me

So I’ve just installed this plugin, I’ve entered in my organizer key and access token and I’ve used the shortcode here:

[register_free_webinar webid=8817145723775336704 pageid=1510]Because my thank you page ID is 1510 and my webinar register URL is https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/rt/8817145723775336704
When I enter in the info and push the submit button, the page reloads, but does not redirect and there is no record of a new registrant in my GoToW account.
Please advise,
