Does not save in wpms install

This plugins does not work on existing categories in a wordpress multi site install. Just tested several themes (among which the default wordpress theme 20-13) and they all fail to save the settings for the icon, color and image (the other available plugins). After save the screen returns and colors and icons and image are not saved.
