    Hi Support,

I am facing a weird issue with this plugin. When used with Elementor once on a page, it works fine. But whenever I create 2 Elementor sections that contain the shortcode i-e one for Desktop (hidden for mobile/tablet) and one for mobile/tablet(hidden for tablet), it does not save changes or upload the file. I don’t know why it’s not working if we use shortcode twice for separate device views on the same page.

You can replicate this issue either by adding 2 shortcodes [basic-user-avatars] on one page without hiding or you can use Elementor to hide sections based on the device type and use two or more instances of this plugin with shortcodes in each section.

Working on it for so long but could not find a solution. Help me!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi there, thank you for reaching out to us.

This shortcode is designed to only be used once on a page and even thought Elementor shows/hides multiple sections based on a device, these tend to load but are hidden which causes a conflict between multiple forms.

I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this. I recommend trying to implement the shortcode only once on a page where possible.

Hi there, thank you for your response.

I am doing it as you suggested but can we expect some update regarding this so that we can use it multiple times and hide it for mobile/tablet-specific sections?

I don’t have an ETA as to when this functionality would be considered or implemented however I have brought this to the attention of our developers for review. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
