Does not rewrite URL to MaxCDN

Hi,
I already setup WP Fastest Cache CDN settings to use MaxCDN (Connected) but the images are still loaded from local server, not MaxCDN. I tried delete cache, deactivate/activate plugin but still the same.
Any idea?
