Does not release course after purchase by association

    I use sensei lms to edit courses on my website, I also have paid pro woocommerce installed to release courses as a product. However, it is not releasing the course. I created a membership level, assigned this level to the course and created a product by calling the same level. When I enter the paid pro subscription options I see the newly purchased membership but the course is not released. The expiration period is for the next day and still is not releasing. Each course on the platform will have a different membership level

    I can see that when purchasing the product it is shown on the “association-account /” page but when visiting the plugin options on the Orders tab, it is empty, but on the “Associates” tab I see the user who purchased the course but cannot visualizes because the course remains blocked. It seems to me then that the paid membership pro woocommerce plugin is creating the association but is not releasing the order.

    Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro – WooCommerce Add On.

    When you refer to “However, it is not releasing the course.”, does this mean that user’s aren’t getting access to the course?

    When selling membership products through WooCommerce, please note that WooCommerce handles the billing and this won’t create an order inside Paid Memberships Pro. All invoices/orders should be in the relevant WooCommerce areas in this case.

    The Paid Memberships Pro WooCommerce Integration will assign the user a membership level when the user’s WooCommerce order is marked as “Completed” within WooCommerce. Once the user has a membership level assigned to their WordPress account, this will allow user’s access to any content restricted (require membership) items.

    Can you tell me a bit more about your site setup? Does your Sensei courses require a membership level in order to access or would they just need to purchase the course through WooCommerce in order to gain access?

    I would like to try and recreate this issue on my end.
