Does not refresh shortcode statistics on home page

Hi, .

we have WP Statistics configured along with Total Cache.
We have observed that the shortcode we use in our web sidebar only works when we are connected to the wordpress.
In the posts the data is refreshed correctly and when we delete cache, the data is also refreshed.
We have marked the check to use cache plugin in the WP Statistics configuration.

Is it a failure in our configuration or is it the usual behavior of the plugin?
