Hi, it didn’t answer my question. My issue is that my client is not directed to the registration page after making payments (subscription), where members can fill up their details and particulars (ie. username and password)

Hi, just to confirm with you. Are you using PayPal for payment? If you are, have you set up PayPal IPN in your account?

Hi @mbrsolution , the issue now is that my client is not receiving the email after payment. On my end, I am also not receiving any message that says “Member signup/upgrade completion email successfully sent to: [email protected]”. Does this means that the email has been sent or not?

My client’s name pops up in the Member’s list after payment though. Debug mode has been enabled.
