Does not recognize UTM usage

    Hi

    Not a critical issue, I like this plugin very much. But I noticed that this plugin does not recognize the usage of UTMs. For example:

    • otherdomain.com/?utm_source=mydomain.com&utm_medium=link&utm_campaign=mydomain.com – this does not open in new tab despite being an external link.
    • facebook.com/mydomain.com – I have my Facebook page using such URL and it does not open in new tab neither.
