• my admin account says registered 2-12-2010 with email : neco[at]elneco[dot]biz…however, when i try to use that email to reset my password (or try to retrieve it) it says :::: “ERROR: There is no user registered with that email address.” ::::

    I dont get it?
    HELP please.

    i have been able to login many times before…now all of a sudden i cant get in. I tried the troubleshooting stuff too.
